You have 60 days from the original purchase date to make a return with the original receipt. No returns or exchanges are permitted during our Black Friday or Boxing Day Sales in store. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

To qualify, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt/confirmation email
  • Not marked as "Final Sale"

If an item was purchased in-store, simply return or exchange your item to our location at St Laurent Mall. You can also exchange an online purchase in store for no extra charge.

HOW TO RETURN BY SHIPPING ITEMS BACK

If you cannot visit a store location, you can choose to ship the items to our store. We will send you a return label free of charge and offer 50% off shipping on your next order. Please email us at getyourgameon@live.com

To ship your returns to us, please follow the steps below:

  • Step 1: Contact us with your original order number and the item you would like to return. 
  • Step 2: We will send you a return label free of charge. We will also offer 50% off shipping fees on your next order. (Please place your order online and contact us after placing it, and we will manually issue the discount)
  • Step 3: Print out your shipping label and tape it to a box similar in size or the same as the one we sent you.  
  • Step 4: Once we receive the item back at our store and it has been inspected, a store credit will be issued. This credit will be for only the item and applicable taxes, as shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact us when you place your new order so that we can manually apply your 50% shipping discount. 

Gift Receipts/Gift Card:

Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Game On! reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges. Any additional costs associated with shipping of returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
